1. Who can place orders on Fragranta?
FRAGRANTA is a B2B platform designed for professional buyers, retailers, wholesalers, and other registered businesses sourcing branded perfumery products. We do not supply private individuals. To place orders, businesses create an account and verify their company details.
2. What is the minimum order size?
There are no minimum order requirements. FRAGRANTA supports both small and large orders, so businesses can start with quantities that fit their needs. Since orders can be placed in flexible quantities, financing and stock risks are eliminated.
3. Is the stock shown on Fragranta real and available?
The products you see on Fragranta reflect real stock availability from our distribution operation. Stock levels are updated live in real time as orders are placed and new inventory arrives.
4. How does ordering on Fragranta work?
Buyers can browse available products, add items to their order, and place it directly to the FRAGRANTA platform. Once the order is confirmed and paid, the warehouse prepares and ships it through our logistics partners.
5. Which countries do you ship to?
We currently deliver to our customers in 25 countries within Europe and the United Kingdom: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
6. How long does delivery usually take?
Orders are shipped from our Central European warehouse in the Czech Republic and usually arrive within one to three business days depending on the destination country.
7. Can I get a discount for my order?
Yes. Discounts are applied automatically based on your order value. As you add products to your cart, the system calculates and shows any available discount during checkout.
8. Do you offer dropshipping?
We are currently working on developing a solution to offer dropshipping directly to end customers. As soon as we are ready, we will inform you here accordingly.
9. How do you ensure product authenticity and quality?
FRAGRANTA works only with trusted suppliers and applies strict quality controls to guarantee that all products are authentic.
